RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At SHYNEJEWEL, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after return approval

  • Only non-custom, non-sale items are eligible for return


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved items (e.g., name necklaces)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective item upon delivery

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • SHYNEJEWEL is not responsible for lost or delayed returns

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
